My views on “10 Commandments of Retail Sales”

1. Don’t assume customer just come to visit & look around

2. Never ignore a customer

3. You should aggressively selling things

4. Never let the customer wait for you

5. Keep in mind, every customer come to buy something=

6. Greet every customer when they visit

7. Someone in the management should always engage with customers

8. Look for a best solution to customer’s problem rather giving something for the cost factor

9. Always push for post sales after customer made his/her first purchase

10. Always customer can go beyond their budget, the thing is how we show the value to them
